A Spot Welding Machine is a resistance welding system designed to join two or more metal components by applying controlled pressure and electrical current at a specific contact point. The heat generated through electrical resistance creates a strong and permanent weld without the use of filler materials, making the process fast, clean, and highly efficient.
Press Type Spot Welders are widely used in industries such as automotive, electrical equipment, sheet metal fabrication, white goods, and general manufacturing, where high production speed and consistent weld quality are essential. Their robust construction and precise control ensure reliable performance even in continuous production environments.
Modern spot welding machines can be integrated with PLC controls, robotic automation, X-Y positioning systems, and customized tooling to meet specific manufacturing requirements. Their ability to deliver repeatable weld quality, low maintenance, and high productivity makes them an ideal solution for a wide range of industrial welding applications.

Pneumatically operated pneumatic welding machine
Permits high quality welding
Improves productivity, minimizes repair costs and ensures long life.
Confirms to IS:4804 part 1 and RWMA standards, water cooled, with class 'F' insulation
The machine is equipped with a weld controller in which user can set the weld current precisely in steps of 1 cycle, having precise weld current control with help of phase control of thyristors. User can have a choice of controls, with constant current (Mup) or constant power output (C-Mos).
The machine operates at a copper voltage of 380 volts, which is crucial for its performance and compatibility with copper materials.
The machine can be supplied, optionally at extra cost, with custom built electrodes/dies with suitable jigs and fixtures for holding, guiding the work piece.
